The management of CS CABOT fully recognizes that nobody else but high-quality, educated and motivated employees can guarantee the superior quality of products and services on a long term basis. Therefore we pay special attention to personnel work which is commitment not only of the management and HR department but also of supervisors on all management levels.

We strive for creation of such work environment and conditions for our employees to be motivated to give optimum labour performance and not only to be accordingly remunerated for their work but also to reach reasonable balance and between CS CABOT long term needs and needs and personal development of employees .

As well, we farely respect that the requirements of Czech legislation and internal standards of CABOT CORPORATION were observed and we particularly care that no kind of discrimination would appear at working places.

What can selected applicants expect after joining the company?

  • After initial training the length of which is dependant on a specifics position, each employee has his regular annual training plan.
  • Employees have clearly set their working duties and goals and their labour performance is regularly assessed by their supervisor.
  • We strive for establishing of  reasonable and competitive monetary and nonmonetary remuneration of employees which takes into account individual performance and results of CS CABOT.
  • We pay great attention to communication within the company so that each employee would have information necessary for his work and also would have a chance to give his opinions and comments.
  • We perform regular anonymous investigation of satisfaction and motivation of employees and we try to react on employees opinions so that working conditions and relations at working places would help to reach our goals in a suitable way and employees could purposefully utilize and develop their capabilities.

We organize various informal activities for employees, retirees and their close relatives. For example we organize company children´s days, Santa Claus day, but also mutual sport visits with our colleagues from Cabot Ravenna in Italy.

During last year our company took part for second time in survey THE BEST EMPLOYERS. We have placed on excellent 2nd position in the Czech Republic and we have got the 13th place in whole Middle and East Europe.

In 2005 we have reached a success in survey THE BEST EMPLOYERS performed by prestigious consultant firm Hewitt. In the list of employers we have placed on 8th position in the Czech Republic, while among manufacturing companies we have got the first place.
